We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly exchange any unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of your order date when accompanied by the original e-Receipt listing the price paid.
Shoes can be exchanged only if they are in their original condition and packaging intact and still with the original tag, within 15 days of purchase.
Please note: Clearance items*, earrings, fragrance, and beauty products are ""final sale"" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.

How do I exchange my items?
BY MAIL
Please mail your e Receipt and the item(s) you wish to exchange to pOSH CHIC BOUTIQUES. exchanges will be issued as soon as the undamaged product is received. For any inquiries, see conditions above or on the back of your original sales receipt and packing
Returning by mail:

Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
2. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. Please note that the RETURN LABEL IS NOT PREPAID, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. As soon as the unworn item(s) have been received a credit will be applied to your account which will allow you to exchange the item(s) for greater than or equal to the value of the returned item(s)Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged
